Notice seen in the January 28, 2001 Olympian:

Pre-submission: Greyhound station/IT transit station: Southwest corner of Olympia Avenue and Franklin Street. Pre-submission means "A preliminary "what-if" phase in which developers and government planners discuss a project's feasibility and the regulatory hurdles."

The Art Deco Society Northwest is left with with question:
